Any suggestions of products that have worked for you, primary concern is price and quality. I don't want something that will break (or break the bank).

That said if there is one where a wireless remote can be used to focus (so like when using a steady cam - I'm also looking for one of those too) that would be super cool.

Red Rock Micro's products are simply outstanding. I used to think they were pricey until I started to use them.
