Canon Autozoom 814 Electronic

I bought this baby for 25€ (=31,7138$), can you believe that?
motor is running, autozoom works, and the seller added an old Agfa Moviechrome cartridge
for free.
Had no time to test it thoroughly yet, but everything's looking good so far.


Though this thread is primarily about me expressing how happy I am, are there any other Canon 814 and/or Super 8 fans out there?

thank you for the manual, Buddy Greenfield. For some reason the seller gave me the Manual for the Canon 1014 which apparently is slightly different.

What I intend to do is, to shoot one or more short films with this camera. I already did a short film on super 8 with another camera and even though I learnt a lot during and after the shoot I want the next film to be better in basically all aspects.
I also consider building a sound blimp for that thing, since noise was a major issue last time.
