Hey everyone.

Question here, I read this short story on a blog I found one time, and I contacted the author about making a film about it, but I'd like to legally acquire the rights to it before putting in too much work. The question part is; does anyone know somewhere where I could find a "stock" release contract. One that I can modify, or even just one I can retype with some changes. Unless it's exactly perfect of course.
