I’m terrible at math so I’m not going to do all the math to come
up with exactly €2,000.

I would recommend 2 600’s , 3 150’s and 1 1000. A set of scrims for
each unit and 2 lamps for each unit. Of course stands and all
proper connectors.

It's a bit pricey, 2834 euro to be more exact. So, if I got it right, you'd go for 3x junior 150, 2x junior 650, 1x trueblue t1 model?
Why exactly would you buy 3x150?

You asked for the "ideal" option. I use more than
six units on my movies. It allows me more flexibility
and better looking images. I love those 150's - small
lights that can be used to cast shadows on the
background, throw a little light through a window
or as a hair light. I have 5 of them and more often
than not all five end up being used.

But to fit your budget, you need to cut something.
How about just one of each for a total of three lights?
You do the math and if you can afford four lights, add
another 150. If there is any money left in your budget
add another 650.

You'll love these lights... I didn't get it til I used them, now I dislike having to use the smaller, cheaper kits I have.
