In the 2nd shot, when you used the ACTION ESSENTIALS blood spurt, it was perfectly in focus whereas the person being shot was not in focus. If you added a blur effect to that, it would look really amazingly real. Also color correcting the bright red down too.

The camera footage looks great.
 
It looks nice. On the first scene the focus was a bit off when we see the hitman on the floor. The shirt is nicely focus but neither the gun or the face.

Sonyboo is right. It would have worked even better if the focus would have moved to the man behind, adding some tension to the scene.

A bit odd the second scene though. The other man doesn't have a gun, he doesn't even react to the fact that there is someone else there wiht a gun, and the hit man turns very slow, and still the man just walks and dies... This hitman doesn't have pitty for the innocent I see :)
