My name is Bryan Baca, I am 19 years old and this is my first film. It is about an hour long and was made for about $150. I wanted to post it on here to see what people have to say. This film was a learning experience for me, and I am aware of a lot of the technical problems such as the sound mix being low, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND USING HEADPHONES OR EXTERNAL SPEAKERS. Anyways, check it out and tell me what you think. Have at it!

I respect anyone who tries to make a film. It's a very hard thing to do and takes many many years to become relitively 'good' at it.

All I can say is to keep trying, and you'll get better.

I was wearing headphones and couldn't hear them at all. I could hear the other noises, so there was nothing wrong with my headphones. At the very least, you might want to look into looping that section.
 
Yeah, as you know, the sound is an issue. I've been told that nothing kills a movie faster than bad sound. I've totally been where you are, so I feel your pain.

The beginning was a little slow for me. The music was pretty - but was there supposed to be 30 seconds or so of black screen?

Especially when posting things online you have to hook people from the very beginning, otherwise they click away.

Nice work though, and some pretty locations. Keep at it.
