There's much debate there.

I don't really have the expertice with the apps, but I know enough...and my personal opinion based on previous experience and chatter would be:

Mac + FC = win.

Which is better?

Which is better, a Camero or a Mustang?

The answer will be 100% subjective depending on who answers....

The same is true as to which editing program you want to use and which one is "better"...

I would have to agree with Sonnyboo and CDCosta. You can't really say one is better then the other it is all about preference. Which is why they are both very popular. I say try them both.

How do you get from point A to point B? One or the other. You may take a different route but you will end up in the same place. Buy one, learn it, and you will probably prefer it because you know it ;)

I spend way more time on my films with Final Cut. it may just be me or my system but with a PC i was always trying to make it work instead of editing. But I am an idiot sometimes.

They are fundamentally identical. Will you be doing the editing yourself? Are you Mac or PC? If PC, FCP will require significantly more investment on your part, If Mac, FC Sudio gives you amazing bang for the buck...assuming you have an intel based mac.
