Right, I am currently a media student (UK), and for one of my final projects i have to make a music video, in this video I am doing a tracking shot, using a rig such as;

for my video i used a green screen to film the foreground and now i want to film the background, but i have no idea how...

I stumbled upon this FVX the other day on accident! It wasn't green screen or anything.. just a moving shot...

In After Effects:

Use image stabilization and pick the SINGLE point you want all the action to move around.. such as a face, or Micks butt (in that video! broken link BTW. but you can find it by navigating the sight)

You might have to scale up the image to keep the entire frame full.. but I looks dang cool.

If you go through this tutorial, along the way you'll see the effect, in the tutorial, it is "fixed" later, but it should help..

I guessed that the OP was talking about the effect not the rig (though that was really stupid as he clearly states RIG .. doh) I found the Mick Jagger video by navigating the site from the root..
