Hi There,

Anyone know if there is an effect on Final Cut Express 4 that allows you to stabilize shaky shots?

Lock and Load works good. You'll also dig plugins for small apps like Virtual Dub. Yuo can always use AE as well.

I'll 2nd Virtual Dub and AE, but the price on Virtual Dub is a lot better. It's free.

Sorry, being useless and cant find a reliable download source for VirtualDub. It says its free but the only one I found compatible with Final Cut Express was a Demo. Anyone want to be super nice and set me a link?

If you have an Intel mac, you could install a dual boot for osx and windows...

OR it is possible to install WINE (http://davidbaumgold.com/tutorials/wine-mac/) on osx (but again, only if you're running an intel mac)

Either of these options would let you run the windows based virtualdub program. ;)

You could also try fxStabilizer (http://www.digitalthoughtsoftware.com/fx/index.html)
