View Full Version : Help finding a $300 'track' cam? or 'slide' cam?

I thought it was one this forum...but it might of been another.

I saw someone (in the UK I believe) that made their own 'track' cam. I forget what he called them but it was either a 'track'cam, 'glide'cam, 'slide'cam, something like that. It was a track with two rails about 6' long (different sizes) that sat ontop of a tripod. You could then slide the camera back and forth. I've seen these around but they are $600+. I remember that he was making them himself for a good price, around $300.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Thanks

Didn't look at that design, but the one I used was made to fit on C-stands which means a lot of flexibility on height.
