What post programs will allow me to make a single object colorful while the surroundings remain black and white?

Are there any video tutorials on that? If you just let me know the program, I can also search around for tutorials myself.

After Effects and I believe Premier Pro 2.0 does as well. Creative Cow has a good tutorial on what they call the "Sin City Effect". It is basically a "leave color"- it will let you isolate a single color and make everything else black and white. I think that is what your looking for. Good luck.
