Something like Pulp Fiction I mean knightly 07-24-2009, 03:30 AM The film look has little to do with the camera, nor is it some magic plug in. Pulp Fiction got its look from lighting, costume, makeup, hair, set design. If you're trying to match that look, start with careful color choices in preproduction and choose or repaint your sets to match the color palette of the film... not a camera or a post production thing. You could very easily recreate the look you're going for with any camera, and you'd note that none of the stuff you were doing was being done in post, more with lighting and mise en scene. grinner 11-22-2009, 07:30 PM I like genarts Sapphire's filmlook. I even use it for basic color correction. rjweditor 11-23-2009, 05:18 PM Apple's Color has great "Film" look effects, including exposure, different grain choices and smooth steps |
