Not sure if I am doing this right, 1st time.
I am looking for some advice on Final Cut Studio 2
About to load it onto my desktop but would like to load the same onto my partners
desktop. I'm not sure how to do it. The license agreements allows one desktop and one laptop, same user.

You can load on both, you are not allowed to run both at the same time. The software scans the network for other copies using the same serial number.

If I have the internet down while we work on FCS2 then there shouldn't be any issues?
It's only when I have the net up and we are both on it that it can detect two users?
What will happen if we are both on at the same time?
