My name is Andrew Tanner and I am from not so sunny Wales in the UK, I am a Film Director working on my second feature film which is being shot this August. I'm busier than a crack-whore with no crack! I have just had my debut Feature film 'Psychosomatic' released on DVD and I am shamelessly trying to get it sold. The film has done really well in festivals worldwide nominated for Best Young Film-Maker at the Swansea Life Film Festival as well as being nominated for The British Film Festival Los Angeles 2009 in Best Feature UK and Best Horror/Suspense, also selected for Thailand Film Festival 2009. I am writing on here in vain to try and get it noticed by genuine film lovers. I was very inspired by Kevin Smith and other first time directors who just jumped in the deep-end and got off their arse and made a film from their own means. It took three long years of my life and finally it's on DVD to buy, it's been a hard and long road but I got there in the end. If anyone can give me advice on how to promote the sale of my film in anyway please let me know. I am knee-deep in pre-production on my second and this time we have a small amount of money to shoot it on (and by small I mean tiny!!), hopefully all this work will be worthwhile!
