I like the look of the Canon camcorders, and I would like to know what one i should get. I do not want to spend money on a Pro camera right now, I want a consumer one with all the standard features, manual controls, manual focus, mic input. I would prefer a viewfinder, headphone port, good low light...ect.
I like hard drives, so I dont have to change Sd cards constantly, but If sd cards are the best way to go and have good quality then so be it.
If you have a better recommendation than a Canon that has all the same features, and is HD then please tell me. I will be working with Final Cut Pro 2 so I NEED a camera that is Directly compatible. I don't want to spend time converting hours of footage.
My last concern:
Will the Canon Vixia High Def. Cameras be good for filming a low budget movie?
