Looks interesting, like the look and the setting, steampunk always works :P Some of the dialogue is a bit over the top though. Good luck with funding.
 
it was a combo of everything really. live actors, green screen, photographed assets, 3d characters etc.

My compositor married all the elements and i built out the final movie in after effects.
