Which is the Best Cinematography College in Asia ?

Well there are many colleges in Asia .. but i Know bout the institutes in India .. IIFT, SRFI, Whistling Woods International , FII, IFTI... and so on ... every institutes have their own specialty... Whistling Woods specializes in cinematography ... they are the largest in Asia .. :-)
