SFX I'm trying to create a glowing effect of actor on screen. I own a HVX and shooting a low-budget indie film. I want to create that blue glow-like effect to set the actor apart from the other regular effect actor.

I thought about spray misting the actor with fluorescent paint and fim under a black light. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do you have software like After Effects? If so, this is real easy, well, somewhat. If you are shooting against a green screen it's easy, other wise you'll have to rotoscope. Look on www.creativecow.net for a tutorial on this. I've used a tutorial to do this effect.
