I've mentioned in another post that I'll be offering the rights to my short film to distributors in Asia and later other regions. The film is in Greek with English subtitles. Assuming a distributor purchases the rights for their country, what materials would they require? I've thought of these:
The film with subtitles
The film without subtitles
A script of the subtitles
The synopsis/back cover blurb of the film
The credits (actors' names, etc)
Image files: the cover/poster image, 4-5 stills from the film, photos of the actors and director.
Am I forgeting anything?
Also, is it acceptible to include all this information on one DVD, or would they require separate disks? If so, what format do I send the film in?
