Exporting edited footage

I just returned form a surf trip and I've been editing hours of footage. I'm trying to do two things: 1. publish to my website and 2. burn to a DVD. I have Final Cut Studio... what software do I use to do these two things with the best quality possible?

Four publishing it to the web and making it available via download I'd choose the DivX Codec or h.264. If you want to embed it in your page, flash is the way to go.
As for DVD, I don't know any software on the mac but I'm sure there's some good ones out there. I even think the iLife-siut has a program that can do basic dvd-authoring.
