For those of you with the creative streak in the arena of literature, sixteen:nine presents some really brain-teasing events off the reel! Our OFF VENUE events are as follows:

Compose-a-Prose
Years of studying poetry might finally pay off. Put your knowledge and memory to the ultimate test; put into prose what you understand from a poem.

Pot-Pourri
See something in the Last Supper that both DaVinci and Dan Brown missed? Got your own interpretation of Mona Lisa's inexplicable smile? Find out how well you understand art and let your story fly on paper.

Sketch-a-Story:
The Mask turns the White House into a sanctuary for dinosaurs that have fled from Jurassic park. So a homeless George Bush now runs away to join Johnny Depp and his crew aboard the Black Pearl. Impossible? Not anymore. Pick your favourite characters from the given categories and script the story of your fantasies.

Strike a Chord:
Do the best you can with a mute video clip of our choice. Enhance a video with a blend of some original music scores.

Coming Soon!
If you think there are films out there that got a raw deal by having their stories cut short, here's your chance to set that right. Go ahead, give us glimpses of fitting sequels and carry the story forward.

Parody Parade:
Play prankster; create your own version of the world's best loved films. Get Marlon Brando to crack a smile or replace the war sequence in 300 with a tomato fight.

These events are only for STUDENTS
