(im new to the site) I've searched through the forums and couldn't find anything real helpful, so i decided to start a new thread to get new answers about release forms.
As an example if im making a "Jackass" style movie, and when i get the reactions of the people in public, im definitely going to have to get a form sign right? what kind of form am i gonna need sign?(any examples?) Do i have to pay the people anything? Can i make the forms myself?
Basically i need to know everything about release forms and if i could get some samples.
Thanks in advance.

You can find templates here.

or here

I believe any person that appears on camera requires a form on file.

This site is full of helpful information. You just have to look.

WOW, you beat me to the punch! SonnyBoo has so much good information on his site, and so many freebees. SonnyBoo is a regular here horses, though I don't think I've seen him for awhile.

As for your specific issues, you might have some problems, less with the audience (I'd have everyone present sign releases, or not allow them to be there), then with the Jackasses (or is it Jackeeses?). If you're having them do things that are obviously dangerous, and they get injured, you could have an added liability, and might need more in their releases. Do a little research, and maybe consult a lawyer.
