I am going to be purchasing Effects Lab Pro shortly and I was wondering if anybody else here has had any experience with it. I know its great for muzzle blasts and that type of thing. But I was also wondering if it would be possible to make some sort of ghost using effects lab. Maybe use a person and make them transparent to a certain degree or make them a creepy light grey/blue color. Or even possibly make them appear and disappear. Anybody who has used Effects Lab Pro in the past please give me some insight on some more stuff it is capable of, or just your overall opinion of how good it is.

I don't see why you couldn't.. It's got masking features, it's got color grading features, it's got to have some sort of opacity and blend mode features, so you should be able to do all of what you're asking about.
