watch Death Trekk: Shadows

This is the unbelivable experience. Started as a schoolproject, ended as a true masterpiece.

Well, what we want is to unveil the film for the masses and to recieve honest critique. It might not be the best movie ever, but we had fun making it! Whatever your think of it, you will love our naive attitude!

Main plot:
------------
In the year of 2140, a devastating nuclear war has forced mankind to seek a new world to live on. Mankind was divided into three different colonization ships, each searching for a new home.

A couple of years after the departure from earth, one ship found a black cube, emitting gamma radiation, floating about in an uncharted region of space. They named it "Trekk".

*We used a digital videocam for the project, nothing fancy
*Sony Vegas for editing.
*Media subtitler for subtitles.
*SuperDVDCreator for the dvd. (Couldn't find anything better and was on a very (very) narrow timelimit).


Warning: Contains a couple instances of swearing. (But not really that much, and not offensive).

(You will need Daemontools or to burn the .iso to a DVD before watching. You could also extract the .iso with winrar and then opening the correct VIDEO_TS file with, for example: Windows Media Player.)

Alright, so people who doesn't appreciate the trailer has complained about the big download. Therefore Death Trekk is now uploaded at Vimeo.

THAT SUCKED, Sorry but that's the sad truth.

Thats not realy good.
But the actores performance might be a hit in some kind of fear and loathing in las vegas. The camerawork and edit as well.

Just take the same crew and location:
The story.
Three pupils get somehow traped in the schools basement over the weekend. Maybe locked-in for a prank and forgotten. There they find a drug education sample bag. The rest doesn´t need fantasy.

The only problem would be to get the few serious shots in the beginning. They also should be in colour.
