Hi everyone. Two years ago a friend and I shot a low-budget independent feature length film titled "The Long Road". We have been in post production since then. We are finally finished the film, aside from the original music that is being created.

The full synopsis, production photos, and a teaser trailer can be found at www.shadowswithin.net.

The newest trailer, which has not been put on the website yet, can be watched at http://youtube.com/watch?v=rNRuMD6GfhU.

The reason for this post is to get your opinions on the trailers and the story in general. We put about $3000 dollars into this film, and many have said it looks far better than that. We filmed with a DVX100 in Winnipeg, Canada.

I look forward to your comments. If you are interested in learning more about the project, hit us up through the contact information on the website or through facebook - Shadows Within Pictures.

Thanks

Trailer is well put together. Visuals look pretty good. Everyone looks really young in the cast, which makes me think its a student film. Not like its a bad thing... I just get the impression that the age of the cast may not be entirely "spot-on" with the story. Of course, I can't say that for sure without seeing the film.

Congrats on getting it DONE!!!!

I see where your going with that, however its not a student film. It is alot easier to find younger actors where I live. However, there are some older actors that play the 'mob' boss, among some others that weren' seen in the trailer.

Thanks for watching!
