I read it. It seemed mostly speculative, but as an outsider, I don't feel qualified to endorse or argue your assertions. It was interesting.

I'm going to give you a piece of advice as one film blogger to another:

No amount of screaming "who read my blog" is going to attract readers... I haven't read it and there are two reasons, one, I'm too busy and two... I don't like doing things out of a sense of obligation. The more you demand, the less likely it is that I'll read it.

You win readers over by writing great articles, having something interesting to say... and then if they like it, they tell other people to read it.

When I first started blogging NO ONE read my blog! In fact, it's taken four years for me to build up a reputation as being an interesting blogger. Now I've got fans! Huzzah! And very lovely people they are.

So, stop expecting one post to build an online empire and keep on writing. The art of selling is the art of persuasion, not the art of begging... when we beg, we appear weak; when we appear weak, nobody is interested in us.
