I'm looking for some great introductory tutorials for Apple Motion.

But, when I say introductory, I mean for someone who hasn't used that application, but is very experienced in both FCP and Photoshop.

I'm going have a look at Creative Cow, but their stuff is usually designed for hardened pros. What I need is someone who can get me into playing with the app quickly, but who has a creative approach to what the software will do.
