Super 8mm 18fps reverse telecine?

I shot a short film on super 8 at 18fps and then telecined to 29.97 so for every 3 film frames 5 video frames (10 fields had to be generated). So I'm pretty sure the pulldown would be 3:3:4 or 3:4:3 or 4:3:3. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to reverse this pulldown. I know you can reverse the 3:2 pulldown of film shot at 24fps but I've never heard anything like that for 18fps footage. If anyone has any info it would be lots of help. Thanks
