Giving Credit for Music Creation

I'm almost finished editing a 33 min. comedy film that I produced and directed about 3 weeks ago. For original music, my friend's band (who was also part of the crew) gladly said I could use some of their stuff.

However, I also created some music in the Garage Band application on a Mac. How do I credit that to myself correctly? Do I simply say, original score by (my name) with Garage Band by Macintosh? Or should I simply say that I created the original music without mentioning any companies in the credits?

Maybe I'm being anal, but I will be copyrighting this work and I want to do it correctly. Anyone with suggestions or opinions on the best way to do this?
