Will Vincent 01-04-2008, 04:17 PM 24fps will give you much smoother motion, and it's better suited for transfer and digital editing than 18fps, but if you're trying to achieve the distinct look of 8mm, shooting 18fps may prove to be beneficial. My advice is to shoot a couple test rolls, one at 18, and one at 24 and see which works better for your needs. knightly 01-04-2008, 05:07 PM CRIMBO! HEHEHEHEHEHE! KoL is really cool. http://www.kingdomofloathing.com for those who don't know, it's almost a text adventure...but with pictures and it's absolutely brilliant. Crimbo is the christmas analogue in their calendar. Terribly off topic, but hey, it's mentioned in the first post here! |
