Film Festivals: Official Selection gets five more titles -- Five more titles have joined the Cannes Film Festival's Official Selection, including Hou Hsiao Hsien's provisionally titled Juliette Binoche starrer "Looking for the Red Balloon," which will open the Un Certain Regard section.
