I just heard about this on the Creative Cow ... this one is on the expensive side, but it has just about everything I've been asking for ...

2/3" CCDs, interchangeable lenses, 3 ND filters, a wide range of recording formats, etc., etc. If the "red" camera doesn't come through, this will be my next choice.

Yes, I'm hoping the street price is a little easier on the budget. The really scary part is that the $26,500 is not likely to include a lens. 2/3" lenses are not cheap, either.

Compared to a full size, professional DV-50 (4:2:2 SD), this shows that there is pressure to keep prices down. I'm going to be optimistic and assume that the features will continue to get better and the prices will stay in the $25K or lower range. I'm not going to commit myself to anything until I get the final word on Red.
