Final Cut Pro Issue...and Solution

A friend of mine was helping me finish up a project on his final cut pro 5.0 (too poor at the moment for that ) and suddenly half the windows went missing. Mainly the time line. Close and reopen same thing.

When you pull the window pulldown, the show timeline selection is grayed out! We've been struggling with this for about an hour and looks like we lost everything.

Ah never mind, we found it as I was typing. When this happens just double click on the last sequence you were working on. I'm really tired....

BIG SIGH OF RELIEF .

I've done this to myself a couple of times, and it always takes me a little while to remember how to fix it.
