I plan on making an animated cartoon on 16mm and need to find a lab that can transfer audio tracks to 16mm mag film and optical tracks for making prints. Any good ones I can find prices online? Many labs I do find don't seem to do sound services.

Speak with Dennis O'Rourke. Tell him Bob Hughes sent you.

Update - Sept 2006

Dennis died of cancer a few weeks back. He was a good man, a crack engineer, and my friend. We'll miss him.

You can also go with noise and light in Seattle and most likely Forde Labs.

I looked at Forde's site and they don't seem to list transfers to magfilm as part of their services.
